    Queen Genetics supplies B2B Horticultural customers in Canada and the US with an innovative and ever-developing assortment of high-quality plant material.

    We use customized solutions, efficient customs clearance and reliable logistics to serve each of our customers with their individual needs.

    As a fully integrated business, we are in complete control of our supply chain and thus able to provide our customers with a strong value proposition.

    To help ensure our continuous growth in North America we are looking for a Sales and Logistics Coordinator to join our newly established office in St.

    The scope of responsibilities will range from administrative tasks to mainly logistics- and import handling at several ports of entry, customer service and order handling in a flexible, friendly, and dynamic environment.

    Coordinate and ensure onwards logistics with our service-providers, business partners, and suppliers
    Process and coordinate inside sales including accurate and precise order entry, invoicing, account management, hands-on allocation of inventory, and scheduling of pick-ups and deliveries
    Assist in administrative tasks such as G/L reconciliations, account balance monitoring and more.
    Receive and handle orders coming into our warehouse (sometimes over the weekends)
    Post-secondary education in either logistics, sales or accounting is a criteria
    Experience in an administrative role e.g. in logistics and/or sales

    Skilled in IT here including excel, outlook and used to working in an ERP system with an eye out for details is a must.

    An understanding of the Horticultural industry and / or experience in a similar role will be an asset but not a requirement
    Must possess a valid driver's license (G)

    A/S Knud Jepsen is the world's largest producer of the potted plant, Kalanchoe, which is sold and marketed under the brand Queen.

    In 1979 the Danish company started its breeding department to raise the market standard for quality plants.

    Queen Genetics is part of the Queen Corporation and imports, distributes, and sells ornamental plant cuttings to industrial growers all over Canada and the USA.
