Job Summary:

Precise ParkLink is seeking a Valet/Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our on-site team at the Ottawa Hospital.

The Valet/CSR's will be responsible for driving, parking, and retrieving customer vehicles in a prompt and safe manner and will ensure a smooth and welcoming experience by providing excellent customer service.

Location:
Ottawa, Ontario.

Employment:
On-site. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Minimum 35 hours per week.

Compensation:
Hourly rate. For full-time position, benefits will be included at the conclusion of probationary period.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Driving, parking, and retrieving customer vehicles.
Perform thorough routine inspections.
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment within realm of training.
Ability to work outdoors (parking booth and rest rooms are accessible).
Mandatory health & safety training required to be completed upon hire.
Other duties as assigned.

Mandatory Attributes:

Must be punctual and self disciplined.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in team environment towards a common purpose.
Bilingualism is a strong asset.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong background in customer service.
Valid Canadian Driver's License.
Clean driving record.
Capable of learning & absorbing training in a quick & efficient manner.
Criminal and credit records check required at time of hire.
