    Job Summary:
    As the Customer Services Representative reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for addressing daily customer care needs such as responding to inquiries, facilitating payments through various channels, and supporting customers. The ideal candidate should possess a willingness to learn, collaborate effectively in a team setting, and demonstrate autonomy.

    Location: 1000 Portage Parkway, Vaughan, Ontario L4K 0L1

    Employment: Full-time and part-time positions

    • Full-time: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
    • Part-time: Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

    Compensation: Hourly wage

    Mandatory Qualifications:

    • Proficient in computer skills, specifically experienced with Windows: Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word
    • Adaptability to new software/applications
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Fluency in English
    • Strong customer service abilities
    • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team

    • Clear technical communication proficiency: can articulate intricate solutions and processes effectively
    • Collaborative with strong interpersonal capabilities
    • Self-managed with precision in following instructions
    • Effective multitasking and ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure, fast-paced environments

    Job Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Assist customers via intercom or telephone
    • Recognize emergency and non-emergency situations on-site
    • Remotely access parking control system to troubleshoot and deliver level-1 customer support
    • Handle incidents by logging, triaging, routing, and escalating open incidents using incident management software
    • Interact with clients courteously and professionally, attentively addressing their concerns
    • Provide assistance and resolutions to customers in alignment with company customer service protocols
    • Perform any other assigned duties
