Knix is looking for a

Growth Coordinator, Offline Channels This individual will assist in the planning, execution and optimization of all offline channels like TV, Direct Mail, Podcasting and more to maximize customer acquisition growth. This role will report to the Growth Manager, Offline Channels on the Growth team and also work collaboratively with other teams at Knix. We're seeking someone that is highly organized, analytical and can get creative with our test + learn approach, to help drive growth in both the Canada and the US markets.

Please note that this role is an interim contract, covering a parental leave for approximately 18 months.

The Opportunity:


  • Supporting the execution, management and growth of offline campaigns included but not limited to briefing and launching new ad creative, tracking performance and making optimizations
  • Perform quality assurance of all individual tasks to ensure a successful campaign/creative launch
  • Collaborate with our internal marketing teams to create and test ads, content, landing pages and other assets as needed
  • Assist in performance analysis and reporting of acquisition efforts on a weekly & monthly basis, specifically noting trends in costbased metrics (ie. ROAS, CPV, CPA)
  • Conduct research and competitive analysis on platforms and on competitors
  • Stay current on platform best practices pertaining to technologies, ad formats, creative and trends.

Qualifications:


  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within a Direct To Consumer or agency setting
  • Degree/diploma in Commerce,Marketing or related field
  • Experience in TV, Podcasting and/or Direct Mail an asset
  • Exceptional organizational skills & detailoriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to judge multiple priorities and timelines
  • Experience optimizing channels to achieve growth through continuous test and learn processes an asset
