    PacificHonda – North Vancouver, BC

    Pacific Honda has an opening for a Product Advisor / Sales Consultant

    Weare currently seeking a motivated individual to join our sales team to sell new& pre-owned vehicles. Candidates will be those who desire working in acustomer centric environment and who are constantly driven to outperform andimprove upon sales goals. The successful candidate will compliment anestablished, dynamic group of individuals within our Sales Department.

    About the Opportunity

    Asa Product Advisor (Sales Representative) you will demonstrate and sell newHonda vehicles, and accessories and all brands of Pre-owned used vehicles, byunderstanding and presenting features and benefits; developing and qualifyingprospective buyers; maintaining after sales customer contacts and follow-up.

    Responsibilities include:

    ·Welcomingcustomers to the dealership

    ·Reviewingclient needs and presenting vehicle features & benefits accordingly

    ·Conductingtest drives and vehicle demonstrations with clients

    ·Presentingand reviewing lease and finance payment options

    ·Keepingup to date with current programs and manufacturer offerings

    ·Endorsingthe Financial Services Department and recommending protection options andaccessories to clients

    ·Beingthoroughly conversant with product features, options, specifications,warranties and pricing

    ·Excellingin customer satisfaction and attaining company CSI levels

    ·Demonstratingvehicle features and operation to customers during delivery of their vehiclepurchase

    ·Ensuringclients understand warranties and service requirements for their vehicle

    ·Maintainingcontact with clients who have purchased vehicles to ensure continuedsatisfaction and for repeat sales opportunities
