Worley Canada Construction is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to work with our growing team at our Edmonton Modular Yard Ave NE, Edmonton, AB, T6S 0A4).Responsibilities:
- Computer entry of material receiving reports in Cord's Procurement and Material Management System (ERM)
- Coordinate Client supplied material activities and trouble shoot outstanding Client supplied material issues
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders' such as Site Construction representatives and Suppliers
- Manage deadlines and ensure appropriate communication is provided (to relevant parties) when schedule conflicts arise.
- Administer and electronically distribute specified reports to Clients and/or project staff members.
- Expected to work with all levels of the organization in a cohesive manner.
- Experience in Procurement and Material Management. Preferably within an industrial oil and gas construction environment.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experienced in Microsoft Excel, in addition to other Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience with Material Databases is seen as an asset
- Must have reliable transportation.
