Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with OEM vendors, including negotiating contracts, managing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products along with device/product launches
  • Develop and maintain inventory management systems to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize excess inventory
  • Process, monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and to manage any issues that arise
  • Continuously evaluate and improve logistics operations identifying opportunities to optimize processes and system which would lead to reducing operational costs along with improving the customer experience
  • Prepare reports and presentation for management on OEM and logistics performance, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards of all products
  • Develop and maintain documentation for supply chain systems including user manuals and standard operating procedures
  • Resolve any issues that may arise during the supply chain process, including product defects, shipping delays, etc.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for logistics processes to ensure consistently and efficiencies
  • Coordinate with the customer support teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions of customer complaints related to product or logistics
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and suppliers
  • Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and align product roadmap
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure product and developments is aligned with the product roadmap and specifications
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure that the customer demand is accurately forecasted and that inventory levels are optimized to meet that demand
  • Collaborate with finance teams to develop budgets and financial forecasts based on demand planning

Academic and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems or a related work experience
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced, startup environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities 24 years of experience in supply chain systems, data analysis or a related field, preferably in the Mobile industry
  • Strong project/vendor management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and external vendors/partners
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvements
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions
  • Must be selfmotivated and a quick learner.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
The position requires working closely with external and internal resources across North America. Flexibility to work in a variety of settings, including 3PL facility, remote environment, and/or traditional office space depending on the needs of the business and team
