A fully integrated organization that operates across all areas of development including land acquisition, zoning, design, sales, construction, and customer care, CentreCourt is one of the most active high-rise developers in the GTA with four high-rise residential projects completed in the last 24 months and has an additional 13 high-rise residential towers in various stages of development, collectively representing over 8,000 condominium units and $5.6 billion of development value.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides daytoday support to the Vice President, Development and other project leads as required.
  • Reviewing construction drawings and documents to ensure they are fully coordinated across the consultant teams.
  • Assists Sales & Marketing in the lead up to sales by being actively involved in building design, suite design and amenity programming.
  • Actively coordinates with Construction to prepare tender packages and obtaining permits to facilitate construction.
  • Coordinates drawings updates and the issuance of Site Instructions during construction.
  • Attend regular site meetings to meeting with consultants and the construction team to review critical items and site conditions.
  • Succinctly and accurately prepares agendas and minutes for internal and consultant meetings to track project progress as well as ongoing responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Research specific political, regulatory and market trends to keep the business informed of potential changes within the development industry.
  • Works with the Development team and assists with general administration as required.
  • Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management. Ability to influence and persuade others to ensure timely project completion required.
  • A university degree in engineering
  • A minimum of two years and a maximum of four years of work experience with an engineering, architecture, or real estate development firm
  • A high level of skill working within Microsoft Excel and Bluebeam
  • Demonstrated ability or aptitude analyzing site, building, and suite plans as well as other technical drawings (AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit and other design experience is a plus)
  • Demonstrated thoroughness and attention to detail, while also possessing a highlevel strategic perspective
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, prioritizing and meeting tight deadlines.

  • Welldeveloped communication skills: listening, verbal, written, and graphic.
  • Clear, concise, and cogent writing as well as compelling PowerPoint presentations are particularly valued.
