Position Overview:


  • Analyze, design, implement, and validate dashboards using business intelligence tools.
  • Make technological adjustments to current BI process to improve performance.
  • Develop paginated reports / SSRS reports.
  • Handles support requests and issues related to dashboards/reports implementation.
  • Follow standard procedures for the design and development of dashboards and reports.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation related to Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Deliver welldesigned, performanceoptimized, adequately commented, testable and efficient code.
  • Assist with data analysis to produce relevant insights and metrics.
  • Effectively communicate business and technical issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Multitask as you support all business requirements within various contracts.
  • Support the continuous improvement of the clientfocused implementation of dashboards/reports process.
  • Monitor progress and compile reports on project status.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data & Analytics or relevant training experience.
  • Minimum 1+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
  • Prior experience creating dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of database concepts.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Experience in any statistical tools. (i.e. Python, R, MATLAB, etc)
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to travel between to US and Canada without any restrictions.
