Key responsibilities in this role include:
Develop, maintain and evolve processes and tools that most efficiently support the intended outcomes of the role as noted below:

  • Support the process to Investigate, research and make recommendations to align with technology strategy
Collaborate with internal and external customers and partners to achieve the intended outcomes of the role and the technology strategies including:

  • Clients, Service Delivery, Finance and Procurement functions to ensure product licenses, maintenance agreements and active purchase orders for ongoing vendor support are sufficiently funded and budgeted for in advance.
Provide coaching and supervision to assigned project resources to ensure on-time project completion as needed. May be requested to provide feedback on assigned internal resource performance to Managers as needed

Will participate in a standby rotation including, evenings and weekends


What you will bring:

ITIL Foundation v3 or later accreditation preferred.

Experience developing workflows based on complex business requirements

Demonstrated competency troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues quickly and efficiently to minimize impacts to business

Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, and to provide advice and recommendations on technical matters

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external contacts.


Security Clearance:


As a condition of employment at E-Comm, the required Police Security Clearance applicable to the position must be acquired and maintained.

This is a process carried out by our law enforcement partner agencies, facilitated by E-Comm.

The minimum residency in Canada to qualify for this position, as established by our law enforcement partner agencies, is 10 years.
