    Description
    Regal Security Inc.

    is currently seeking a Full Time Security Guard for one of the most luxurious condominium in the Toronto, ON area.

    A proven background with minimum of 2 years security experience in a commercial/Residential
    Use of Force Certification training must be passed by all new hires.

    • A University degree and/or College diploma in a relevant field (Police Foundations,
    Strong administration, project management, and multi-tasking skills.

    • Computer literacy and proficiency required, Strong working skills with IOS, Windows
    Devices, Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook) and Google Software with
    good working skills in Apple products, Microsoft Office, and Google
    20 an hour based on site requirements. ● Possible Overtime with overtime pay

    • Health Benefits are available for full-time employees upon completion of 3
    months probation
    Full-time availability to work all days of the week and schedules that will consist
    of days, afternoons and weekend shifts – including holidays.

    • Clear English communication skills in all areas (verbal and written)
    • Assist in maintaining up to date training, while providing motivation and
    mentoring to site security team while ensuring all staff are meeting company standards

    • Provide input to maintain up to date policies, manuals and plans for the site
    • Operate Regal patrol vehicle for the purposes of exterior site and parking
    Ensure all site staff are properly trained on site protocols and ensure training
    Evaluate and oversee employee performance and coach as necessary.
    Reporting any infractions and/or performance issues to the Security Manager

    • customers, emergency services and other agencies as they relate to the site.
    • Assist accordingly with building and maintaining the site security team schedule.
    • Act in order to maintain the security and safety of our clients and their assets
    • Oversee the logging in and out of site equipment
    • Actively Monitor CCTV, fire systems, and access systems
    • Respond to all emergency situations (service calls, medical emergencies,
    building situations, etc.)

    • Ensure that safety and emergency protocols are completed in response to Fire
    Alarms and other Site Emergencies

    • Complete walking patrols, vehicle patrols, and inspections of facilities and
    site representing

    • Maintain a safe working environment and follow the facilities health and safety
