Western Canada's Largest Dealer-Owned purchasing group is growing again


We are looking for a Business Development/Sales Development Representative for our Dealership Solutions Division focused on generating leads on a campaign basis for programs and following up on quotations and sales orders.

This is an inside based sales role that may be eligible for Hybrid work structure once trained.


This is a fantastic growth opportunity to help grown and develop our BDC with future opportunities available to lead a BDC Team, Continue to Grow on your Own, or Move into Other WD Co-Auto Sales Roles.

Positive Attitude - You'll be hitting the phones reaching out to members about WD Co-Auto programs and services.


Experience with Outbound Calling - You understand calling out to customers to generate leads and are excited to connect with new people on a daily basis.


Qualification Expert - Your natural curiosity has you asking questions to learn the necessary parts of programs without diving too far into the weeds while focusing on finding out PAIN points and needs.

Experience with Automotive Dealerships - Especially in Fixed Operations including Parts, Service & Detail


Excellent Follow-Up & Organizational Skills - Ensuring the highest level of customer service by ensuring all calls and enquiries are answered in a timely fashion.

Role

  • Daily making outbound calls to different customers based on regularly scheduled campaigns and call out lists.
  • Qualify customer leads defining pain points purchasing processes and needs.
  • Provide Qualified Leads to Outside Sales Reps and/or Vendor Reps to present solutions and close deals.
  • Work with your customer base on full cycle sales (leads through closing)
  • Send out & Follow-Up on quotes from our service division.
Experience with Outbound Sales Calling

4+ years of Business Development / Dealership Experience

Fixed Operations and/or BDC Experience an strong asset.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across multiple departments and personalities.

Experience utilizing CRM software and calendaring.

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

Strong Curiosity & Problem-Solving Attributes
