The role:

The role of the Head Chef is to manage a successful kitchen with strong leadership, creativity and excellent communication skills.

We strive to hire and develop a great team that gives guests a superb experience every time You love your team and want to help them succeed and you believe in scheduling your team for the success of the restaurant.

What You'll Need:

A desire to consistently grow and develop those around you
2 to 5 years of hands on experience as a Head Chef
Strong Scheduling and Cost Control knowledge
At least 1 year of management experience ideally within a restaurant environment
A Diploma or Degree in Culinary Studies is a definite asset
Ability to bring creativity and passion to our cuisine
Effective problem solver, multitasker and thrive in a fastpaced environment
Track record of strong leadership in supervising and coaching staff
Proficient at communicating clearly with managers, kitchen staff and dining staff
Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
