    Creëer en optimaliseer de 'Very Vip' customer journey
    Als Customer Experience Specialist ben je bezig met het jaarlijkse hoogtepunt van onze reizigers: hun vakantie naar Amerika, Canada, IJsland of Scandinavië Je zorgt voor een optimale Customer Experience, waarbij onze kernwaarde 'Altijd op de eerste rij, Very VIP' terugkomt in alle contactmomenten.
    In deze dynamische job zorg jij voor een meetbare verbetering in de reizigerstevredenheid en de verkoopresultaten op ons kantoor in Heerhugowaard. Je traint en coacht onze sales- en serviceteams hier in (ca 15 medewerkers). De (nieuwe) functie heeft veel vrijheid en kan je dus echt eigen maken.
    Analyseert huidige situatie, brengt verbeterpunten in kaart en ontwikkelt en implementeert een organisatie-brede Customer Journey Roadmap
    Traint en begeleid de teams in commercieel- en servicegericht denken en handelen
    Optimaliseert communicatie en service binnen alle experience points van de Customer Journey
    Jouw achtergrond
    ~ HBO denk- en werkniveau op het gebied van Hospitality management, marketing, communicatie, sales
    ~ Ervaring met het aansturen, coachen en trainen op team- en individueel niveau
    ~ Ervaring met het verkopen van commerciële (maatwerk)diensten / producten
    ~ Ervaring met ontwikkeling en implementatie van customer experience strategie / roadmap
    ~ Sociaal vaardig, overtuigend om het team mee te krijgen en commitment te verkrijgen, lef om kritisch te zijn, doortastend, empathisch, zelfstandig, resultaatgericht, creatief
    ~ Doets Reizen producten en bestemmingen
    ~ Uitstekend salaris volgens CAO reisbranche functieschaal 7 of 8, afhankelijk van jouw opleiding en ervaring
