Duties:

Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
Assist in meal preparation by following recipes and portion control guidelines
Cook food items according to established recipes and quality standards
Ensure that all food is cooked and presented in a timely manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during peak hours
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar food service establishment
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
Ability to work well as part of a team
