Sales Executive - Toronto, Canada - EnsembleIQ
Description
This is a hybrid contract role until March 2024, based from the Toronto office 1-2 days per week and remotely the remainder of the time.
About the Role:
Reporting to the SVP, Grocery & Convenience, the B2B Exhibit Space Sales Executive will be responsible for:
- Selling to existing and potential exhibitors to meet and exceed sales revenue targets.
- Cold calling prospects, scheduling video calls as required, and selling the benefits of exhibiting at the event.
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with exhibitors.
- Establishing a clear understanding of client's marketing and communication needs to upsell additional activations.
- Keeping precise records of conversations with all clients, sponsors and exhibitors in our CRM.
- Keeping up to date on the industry to be able to identify new opportunities for sale.
- Demonstrating keen judgment in involving management strategically to facilitate successful deal closures.
- Minimum experience of 3 years in B2B sales.
- Experience selling trade show booths, events, and conferences is a must.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Excellent communications skills: written, verbal and personal presentation.
- Demonstrate skills with the ability to sell to decision makers and maintain relationships.
- Travel required to trade shows in the GTA and US.
