    Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d'un(e) commis au short pro pour notre succursale de Quebec.

    Numéro de référence: QUE_SHORT_PRO_2022
    Horaire de travail: Lundi au vendredi de 15H30 a 19h30
    Contrat: Temps part, permanent
    Salaire: 18.50$/h
    Adresse du lieu de travail: 5150 rue John Molson, Québec, G1Z 3X4

    Tâches/responsabilités:

    • Créer les shorts pros pour identifier la marchandise.
    • Aider le répartiteur au moment opportun.
    • Étudier les statistiques sur la rentabilité des routes et ajuster ces dernières
    • au besoin.
    • Répondre au téléphone, transférer les appels et prendre les messages.
    • Faire le suivi des documents d'agences.
    • Faire les départs des chauffeurs dans le système LTL.
    • Envoyer les rapports au siège social à la fin du quart de travail.
    • S'assurer de respecter les normes en matière de santé et de sécurité.
    • Envoyer les connaissements des clients au département de la facturation.
    • Toutes autres taches connexes.

    Exigences/compétences:

    • Faire preuve de logique et de débrouillardise.
    • Être un bon communicateur.
    • Avoir une bonne maitrise de la géographie.
    • Maitriser les normes de matières dangereuses.
    • Connaitre la loi 430.

    We are currently looking for a Short Pro Clerk for our Quebec terminal.

    Job ID: QUE_SHORT_PRO_2022
    Schedule: Monday to Friday from 3h30 pm a 7h30 pm
    Contract: part-time, permanent
    Salary: $18.50 per hour
    Workplace address: 5150 rue John Molson, Québec, G1Z 3X4


    Tasks/responsibilities:

    • Create short pros to identify merchandise.
    • Help the dispatcher when needed.
    • Review statistics on route profitability and adjust as needed.
    • Answer phones, and forward calls and messages.
    • Follow up on agency documents.
    • Schedule driver departures in the LTL system.
    • Send reports to head office at the end of each shift.
    • Follow Health and Safety guidelines.
    • Send customer bills of lading to the billing department.
    • Other related tasks.
    Requirements/skills:
    • Logical and resourceful.
    • Good communicator.
    • Good knowledge of geography.
    • Good knowledge of hazardous material standards.
    • Knowledge of Quebec Bill 430.
