Associate Operations III
What is the opportunity?
As an Operations Associate III, you will be responsible for reviewing and initiating Account Transfers requests on behalf of clients.
As a professional, representing RBC and its values, you will use your skills when dealing with other Financial Institutions to address and resolve issues related to the transfer requests.
What will you do?
- Ensure transfers are processed accurately and in a timely fashion
- Provide support to other operations members and branches as defined in service level agreement SLA
- Ability to priorities daily tasks
- Ensure that quality service is provided and represent RBC in a professional manner at all times.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Bilingual
- French/English
- Microsoft Office skills
- Proven organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Selfmotivated individual
Nice-to-have
- Account Transfers experience.
- Investment knowledge
