    Description

    Are you a Family Lawyer looking for new opportunities with a downtown Ottawa law firm? Our client, a law firm offering a wide range of services, is seeking a Family Law lawyer with 5+ years of experience to join its team.

    If hired, you will join our client full-time, in a hybrid work arrangement , in a supportive, seasoned team committed to the Ottawa community.

    5+ years of strong experience as a Family Law Lawyer
    ~ A member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
    ~ A passion for family law
    ~ Provide effective legal advice on matters with significant complexity and risk exposures
    ~ Solid customer service skills and professionalism
    ~ Bilingual in English & French is an asset

    Litigate family law matters, including preparing for, arguing and attending Conferences, Motions, Trials, etc
    Negotiate, draft, review, and manage a variety of family law contracts and pleadings, such as: Domestic Contracts, Applications, Answers, Conference Briefs, Motion materials, etc
    Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
    Comprehensive medical & dental coverage
