Job summary
This role will act as the main point of contact at the office for all staff and customers and will assist the local management team administratively. This role will be an integral part of not only the local office team but be in direct contact with our corporate office to ensure operations and administration run efficiently.- Provide administrative support to the Office Coordinator and Management.
- Answer phones and direct inquiries; Reply to general information requests.
- Maintain client files and keep filing system up to date.
