Our TRL People Strategy team is looking for a Marketing Manager who will wear several hats: trusted advisor, program manager and change agent.

Toggling between the big picture and then rolling up your sleeves to do the tactical work to drive Performance Development in TRL.

You'll be a valued member of the TRL People Strategy team.

Together we are responsible for our strategic workforce transformation and identifying "what good looks like", while enabling our workforce to achieve desired outcomes.

We are also invested in defining TRL field roles and expectations, infusing the principles of diversity & inclusion into core programs, and ensuring Total Well-Being for all team members.

We achieve our goals in partnership with multiple teams including Human Resources, Training, Sales teams, Talent Acquisition, TRL Sales & Support Strategy Workforce management


What You'll Do

  • Take a programmatic approach to fostering a high performance, coaching culture in TRL through the creation of performance optimization tools and resources for TRL leaders aimed at aligning team member performance with organizational goals. Maintain & evolve resources to ensure continued effectiveness & relevance
  • Partner and collaborate with field leaders to provide full cycle performance planning support including making informed, insight driven recommendations on focuses, goals and behavioral actions based on priorities+insights
  • Analyze performance outcomes and gather TRL field insight /feedback to inform a strategy that drives continuous improvement
  • Lead change management, gotomarket/gaps, adoption and reinforcement of program activities. Work with peers & leadership to execute programs effectively and drive adoption.
  • Provide consult to cross functional partners to ensure "TRL People Strategy" outcomes are considered in development and delivery of all programs

Required Professional Designation/Certification
