At _Apogee IT Services_, we educate our clients, assess their needs, design solutions, and project manage delivery of all involved parties to assure on-time and on-budget success.


As a member of our team, you will be working with various departments within Apogee to fulfil the solutions being proposed to our clients, existing and new alike.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and technological needs.
  • Conduct full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Anticipate potential problems and future trends, assess opportunities and risks.
  • Clearly define problems, logically diagnose causes, identify solutions and create action plans.
  • Work with project managers to oversee the overall planning, coordination, execution, and completion of assigned projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Coldcalling and purchasing client renewals.
  • Crossselling and upselling service solutions.
  • Provide customer statements and explanation of charges.
  • Participate in the monthly close process and assist in yearend audit.
  • Manage communication and documentation around change orders as needed.
  • Generate quotes, assist with presentation and proposal creation.
  • Provide the Ultimate Client Experience to clients.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Ability to prospect and manage Clevel relationships.
  • Successful track record in proven consultative sales, with evidence of prior success in sales and negotiation (preferably in technology).
  • Establishing viable opportunities and evaluating leads.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as conversational skills.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage resources.
  • Manage communication and documentation.

From $70,000.00 per year
