Restaurant Manager - Toronto, Canada - Amaya Express
Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff.
- Ensure that all customer service standards are met.
- Manage the restaurant budget and control costs.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train, motivate, and develop staff members to ensure high performance standards.
- Analyze sales figures and devise plans to increase revenue.
Salary:
$16.00-$17.00 per hour
Supplemental pay types:
- Signing bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON M5G 2H1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Smart Serve (preferred)
