    This sophisticated, high-end commercial and securities litigation boutique in downtown Vancouver is looking to ad a Litigation Associate (2-5 Year Call) to its busy, growing and collegial legal team.

    This is an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Litigation Associate to work alongside leaders in the industry on complex, cutting edge commercial litigation files.

    Responsibilities:

    As an integral member of this collegial group, you will work alongside senior counsel on larger complex files with the mentorship and guidance to grow while delivering exceptional legal services with a focus on securities and general commercial litigation matters.

    Requirements:

    • A JD/LLB and be a Member of Law Society of British Columbia (or other Canadian bar)
    • 2-5 Years of Commercial Litigation Experience ideally gained either a large law firm or specialized litigation boutique.
    • Investigative and intelligence skills sets
    • Be self directed and be able to take the lead on files
    • The ability to pick up things quickly with a proactive approach to problem solving
    • A proven ability to prioritize multiple assignments
    • A strong orientation towards to delivering a high level standard of service
    • Excellent organizational/document management skills with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
