    French & EnglishLocation: Montreal, QCHybrid RoleA career as a Senior Advisor – Cyber-Resilience Initiatives and Operations means having a positive impact on our organization by daily improving the Bank's capabilities to defend itself against all types of cyber events through your communication skills, your organizational skills and creativity.

    Your jobThis position has two main functions. The first aims to act as conductor in carrying out an initiative with a significant impact for the organization.

    At the same time, depending on your capacity, you could be called upon to collaborate in our cybersecurity incident simulation practice (also called TTX).


    More precisely:

    • Ensure the success of our initiative by taking charge of planning, organization, monitoring, documentation, communication as well as reporting.
    • Ensure quality assurance and advancement of the initiative by ensuring that each member fulfills their roles and responsibilities on time.
    • Anticipate potential issues and find solutions to mitigate them.
    • Design, plan and conduct simulation exercises (TTX) in collaboration with various stakeholders via realistic scenarios of potential threats.
    • Evaluate the organization's performance by identifying cybersecurity gaps; develop detailed reports on exercise results.
    • Ensure technological monitoring and an in-depth understanding of emerging cyber threats in order to adapt exercises accordingly.
    Prerequisites

    • Experience in project management or initiative coordination (planning, documentation review, follow-ups and follow-ups, reporting, etc.).
    • Experience in stakeholder management including service providers.
    • Desirable experience in designing and leading exercises, training or raising awareness of personnel within an organization.
    • Good knowledge of the tools, techniques and procedures used by attackers.
    • Good knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and ideally cybersecurity governance frameworks.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
    • Rigor and organization.
    • Autonomy and initiative in managing issues.
    • Bilingual (French, English)
