You will be required to work with our clients' representatives, internal consultants and administrators, as well as with representatives of financial institutions and insurance companies.

All this in a reputable and growing company You will report to the Pension Administration team in our Halifax office but remote work / work from home arrangements are available.

Responsibilities:


  • Answering calls from clients and their employees and make outbound calls (followups)
  • Doing required research to be able to answer questions that concern their pension plan
  • Processing information received from the client using internal databases and information systems
Succeeding as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative on the Pension Administration Team will require the following core qualifications and skills- Bilingualism and very good oral and written communication skills in English and French- Experience in a call centre or customer service role- Knowledge of Microsoft Office- Ability to work with Web sites and databases- Enthusiasm and professionalism- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
