About the role
This role can be performed from our Toronto or Ottawa offices, following a hybrid model approach. #LI-Hybrid

About you

Postsecondary education with a Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and work experience;
A minimum of five years of experience in data manipulation, databases, interprocess communications and at least one lowlevel programming language are required;
General knowledge of project management principles;
Demonstrated ability to develop, document and maintain procedures, including the design and documentation of process flows and the development of operational performance and quality metrics;
Strong oral and written communication skills coupled with facilitation and presentation skills;
Strong interpersonal/team skills;
Strong time management and organizational skills;
Ability to multitask by coordinating a variety of small to large projects;
Experience administering/working with SaaS solutions and cloud platforms such as Azure, MS Power Platform, ServiceNow
Aptitude and aspiration to learn new skills through professional development and handson training.
