Description

What you will do

  • Prepare and send out invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding invoices for payments
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, and budget management.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth.
  • Regularly reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and accountability in financial transactions.
  • Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing to clients and customers.
  • Generate financial reports and statements, summarizing financial activities and results for management review.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a financial administrator, accountant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
