Salary:
$15.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

The student position of Data Inventory & Archive Student will perform duties assigned by the supervisor such as; assisting with the inventory of documents and digital project files, assisting with updating document databases, collect and assist with maintenance of records of space utilization in schools, enter facility related data in electronic and hardcopy formats, assist in collection and follow up of land use planning data, and assist with the collection and updating of environmental and energy data related to utility consumption.

Requirements:

Our summer student positions are made available through grant funding and to be eligible for this position, students must be currently enrolled in a secondary, or post-secondary institution or within six (6) months of graduation and must be between the ages of 15 and 24 upon commencement of employment (up to 29 years of age for persons with disabilities).
Must be capable of performing the above duties and have excellent computer skills.

Must possess demonstrated teamwork and communication skills.
