Human Resources COOP (Hybrid)

Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

Assist with recruitment activities such as, conducting reference checks, posting on various job ads, and updating vacancy report
Support with onboarding activities such as new hires file maintenance, following up on missing documentation, etc.
Assist with administrative tasks such as employee relation activities, updating the bulletin board, and following up with the attendance
Other duties as assigned

Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must be enrolled in HR, Business Admin, or a related field program at a College/University
Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
Advance excel skills and Microsoft Office skills
High level of energy and selfconfidence
A strong work ethic and sense of commitment
