Diagnostic Technician to play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our patients as they undergo life-changing eye treatments.


What You Will Be Doing:


  • Engage with patients, ensuring they feel welcomed, comfortable, and confident throughout the entire eye treatment process. Clearly explain the purpose and function of preoperative exams, and retrieve prescriptions from patients' glasses.
  • File, retrieve, scan, and maintain patient charts and electronic files. Keep the appointment software updated with the completion of each patient's exam, adding detailed notes when necessary.
  • Complete necessary paperwork in patient charts, collaborating with other team members for a second opinion when needed. Foster a cooperative and supportive atmosphere within the team.
  • Ensure the work area is consistently stocked with essential supplies, contributing to a smooth workflow and uninterrupted patient care.

What You Will Bring:


  • Previous experience in a medical clinical setting is a valuable asset, showcasing your familiarity with healthcare practices and protocols.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in a customer service/client care role, highlighting your commitment to providing exceptional service and care to our patients.
  • Showcase your ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, maintaining a keen sense of organization even in a dynamic work environment.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in a professional context, ensuring clear and effective communication with both patients and team members.
  • Embrace the onyourfeet aspect of the role, as the position requires movement throughout the entire shift while standing or in a stationary position.
