    Randstad is hiring for a Bilingual French Order Administrator for our client in London, ON. We are looking for excellent multitaskers who enjoy working with numbers and aren't afraid of handling complex orders. The ideal candidate must be willing to work fully onsite.

    Responsibilities
    As the Bilingual French Order Administrator your responsiblities will include:

    • Enter incoming orders and ship dates into JDE software
    • Check orders for accuracy, price history and tax before going to invoicing
    • File orders after they have been invoiced
    • Create P.O's for work install, office & shop supplies
    • When required be the person of contact for Customer Service/Inventory/Outbound Freight
    • Maintain sales open order report
    • Follow up with sales reps and suppliers when needed
    Qualifications

    • Fully Bilingual French (speaking, written, reading)
    • 2 years of customer service experience
    • Previous experience with purchase order generation and/or order entry is an asset
    • Experience with MS Office and strong data entry skills, previous JDE software experience a plus
    • Ability to work independently and in a fastpaced environment
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Attention to detail
