GSA Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests and visitors:

Make reservation on the phone or/and assist walk-in guests:

Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials:

Answer questions and address complaints:

Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages for appropriate party:

Being responsible with incoming and outgoing mails (Receive letter or deliveries):

Keep guest information updated:

Take up other duties as assigned by FOM:

Must have reliabe transporation-bus is limited:
Night Audit Shifts are from 11pm7am

$16.00-$17.00
