POSITION DESCRIPTION

  • Maximize branch productivity and manage repair flow ensuring fastest repair times in the industry
  • Inventory management
  • Front counter management engaging customers, providing industry's best service to all Milwaukee customers
  • Shipping/Receiving repairs
  • Provide training and supervision of branch employees
  • Promote valueadded service solutions to Milwaukee customers
  • Continuously develop and maintain a strong product knowledge
What You Will Bring

  • Must possess effective business communication skills, initiative, and organizational skills
  • Must possess exceptional leadership and motivation skills
  • Previous management experience a must
  • Post secondary education in related field
  • Customerfocused, results driven
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Strong teamorientation, must also be capable of working independently
