Customer Service Associate


As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company as well as processing daily purchase orders and arranging transportation, while developing and maintaining a positive and professional relationship with all customers and vendors.


  • Communication with at least 100 clients per week.
  • Prompt and professional management of all incoming calls.
  • Coordinate the handling of difficult and unusual situations.
  • Coordinate communication between customers and vendors as required.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Coordinating transport logistics and ensuring transport costs are on track as budgeted.
  • Processing daily Purchase Orders and Invoices.
  • Managing communication between customers and vendors as required.
  • Assisting with general office administration as required.
  • Managing daily office operations, including a variety of administrative tasks as needed.
  • Measure KPI's
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels on commercial goods and packaging.
  • Assisting with general office administration as required.

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Call center: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
