About the Positions:

ATS Traffic Kamloops is looking for a versatile individual to join our team

As a Shipper/Yard Labourer at ATS every day is different as this role is a unique combination of duties. You will be providing maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting electrical issues, performing PDI's, and managing deliveries.

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and machinery within the yard
Perform minor repairs on various equipment, tools, and machinery
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
Assist in predelivery inspections to ensure equipment is in proper working condition
Safely handle and transport goods during deliveries
Document any reports or repairs, maintenance performed, or issues encountered
Help prepare orders or shipping
Organize orders for Rental customers
Assist in maintaining and organizing the shop and yard

Qualifications:

Must have a valid Class 5 (nonGDL) Driver's License and clean drivers abstract.
RV/Trailer and electrical repair experience is preferred.
Warehouse and forklift operation experience is an asset.
Mechanically inclined, previous experience using hand and power tools is an asset.
Experience towing a trailer is an asset.
Experience in either the traffic industry or construction is an asset.
This position may require you to work overtime including evenings and weekends. _
