As a

Health & Wellbeing Principal,

you will support the organisation's success by partnering with Global leaders and teams to advance Bradken's psychological health and safety, develop a healthy work environment, and promote employee wellness and resiliency with the goal of ensuring the overall wellbeing of Bradken's personnel across the globe.
***You will collaborate with external and internal resources and will be responsible for designing and implementing mental health and wellbeing strategies, developing general health and wellbeing programs, and overseeing global workers' compensation and return to work programs.

You will develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness and manage a comprehensive global mental health and well-being strategy in accordance with ISO 45003, ensuring compliance across the organisation.

Key Technical Criteria:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Psychology, or a related field
Strong knowledge of ISO 45003 and its implementation in the workplace preferably with a global reach
Experience in workplace wellbeing, mental health, and wellbeing, or occupational health and safety, preferably within the manufacturing industry

This role will be based either in Edmonton or Toronto, Canada.
