    We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for our client in St. Focus will be on keeping customers and sales representatives informed on current and new products, services and deals.

    ~ Answers inbound product and service questions from various channels (emails, phone calls, social media etc).

    ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office

    • Bilingualism (English and French) an asset
    • Experience in the print/promotional product industry an asset
    • Experience with phone calling campaigns and sales an asset
    • Experience in a call center an asset

    Working Hours:
    Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
