Description
The Thermal Systems Specialist plays an integral role within our manufacturing facilities. You will be the coach on the playing field, providing guidance on all thermal processes in the facility. You are passionate about safety and promote a culture where safety comes first.Any MLF team member interested in being considered for this role are encouraged to apply online by August 11, 2023.
Ability to understand the thermal production process on an intimate levelCollaborate with cross functional teams such as FSQA, Reliability, Production
Lead all training initiatives with regards to the thermal process
Ability to support Quality Assurance on all thermal food safety initiatives
Technical ability
A few years of comparable work experience within a manufacturing environment
System savvy and very comfortable with using Microsoft Office tools
Ability to work all shifts (days, afternoons, nights)
