    Role Summary:

    As Associate Retail Planning Manager at Pehr, you will be primarily responsible for managing the planning, execution and measurement of merchandise assortment plans in order to achieve specific financial and productivity metrics.

    Providing key data and analytics of performance within all product categories across the business and helping to drive successful growth and profitability for the company.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:


    Inventory ManagementWork in collaboration with Senior Planning Manager to establish product plans for each season with sku, $ and unit department targets based on contribution by product categoryClosely collaborate with Senior Planning Manager in building financial plans across all financial metrics (Sales, MD, Inventory, IMU, GP) for merchandise categories by leveraging partnerships with cross-functional teams (e.g., Merchandising, Sales); preparing, revising, and executing category budgets (e.g., sales, markdowns, receipts), seasonal buy plans, and line review financials; determining item/program quantities; conducting analyses to identify business drivers and levers; and developing and presenting financial recommendations to Senior planning manager, CEO & CFOEnsure inventory plans tie to merchandise plans & company budget; identify business opportunities (e.g.

    by style and price point)Reconcile top-down strategic plans and bottom-up category plans and forecasts to ensure the achievement of business targets.

    Maintain monthly OTB process with inventory investments to maximize productivity including initial buy, re-orders, and allocation strategies for specific product categories.

    Oversee inventory at total level for all channels and countriesMonitor performance versus plan and LYSupport Hindsight, Buy Reviews and Business Reviews with standard and Ad-Hoc analysis.

    Present action points to senior management and gain consensus on business approachesExperienced in inventory chase & inventory projectionsReporting & Analysis:

    Monitor and controls markdown cadence and aged-inventory levels in order to maximize profitability while achieving necessary sell-thrusCollect and analyze weekly, monthly and seasonal sales data to identify risks/opportunities with in the business.

    Work with senior planning manager to maximize Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly planning reports on KPIsAllocation:
    Work with senior planning manager to devise a clear allocation strategy based on region and sales channel specific needsProcessCreate a merchandising road map for the season based on financial targets and sales analysis


    Roadmap will include:
    Category Penetration Planning, Style and Sku count direction, Line pricing direction, Gross margin implications and Replenishment needs.
    Support the implementation and execution of new business processes including partner drop ship and other ecommerce sites.
    Proactively identify department specific issues and opportunities, proposing solutions and communicating a unified direction.
    Collaborate and partner cross functionally to understand full scope of business needs and challenges.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree3-5 years experience in retail planning & allocations Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial, inquisitive, and innovative spirit.

    Strong time-management, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to work effectively and efficiently with competing demands.

    Advanced analytical skills and creative problem-solving skillsAble to work independently and function as a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and relationship skills.

    Impeccable verbal and written communication skills as well as strong knowledge of retail mathExcellent computer skills with a proficiency in Excel and a focus on MS Office and G-Suite, experience with Netsuite/Toolio is an assetAbout UsPehr is an internationally recognized Childrens Lifestyle Brand.
