We're looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our technology and analytics team to play a pivotal role in supporting our consulting projects with all aspects of developing dashboards and Excel-based tools.
What you'll do
:
- Design and develop a wide variety of highquality KPIs and custom data tools to compliment Isaac's consulting projects
- Work collaboratively with consulting teams and clients to translate project requirements into KPI designs and continuously update on progress
- Build data queries and clean, analyze, and model data in accordance with project requirements and business processes
- Develop and assist in rolling out customized data capture processes and systems for clients, leveraging industry best practices
- Create, test, troubleshoot, and document dashboards and tools using appropriate processes, frameworks, best practices, and standards
- Deliver ontime, high quality work that meets the requirements of the engagement and Isaac's quality standards
- Diagnose and resolve problems with existing solutions implemented with various clients
- Work on a wide variety of projects from largetosmall clients in a variety of industries
What you bring to the role
:
- 24 years of data analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or business, or equivalent experience
- Highly proficient in Excel, including advanced formulas, Power Query, data modelling, and VBA
- Strong data management skills with the ability to independently review and improve data quality
- Exceptionally skilled in analyzing and modelling a wide range of structured and unstructured data sources
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Skilled in retrieving and manipulating data using SQL
- Experience with BI development and knowledge of common BI platforms (i.e. Power BI, Tableau)
- Have participated in all aspects of development lifecycle from scoping & requirements gathering, design, testing and integration, and maintenance
- Committed to getting the job done in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to explain data and analytics concepts to nontechnical team members
