GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY
The Identity Administrator is responsible for executing account management processes as part of the SGI user account life cycle.

Processes executed by the Identify Administrator include tasks associated with creating user accounts and access when a new employee is on-boarded; group memberships in the directories; removing access for users who are changing jobs or leaving the organization; and changing/removing access when access reviews are completed.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Note: This section is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities other duties and responsibilities may be assigned._
  • Provisions and deprovision user accounts, which includes the creation of user IDs, management of identity groups, granting access to various systems, deletion of IDs, and removal or change of access when no longer required.
  • Ensures requests have appropriate approvals and access is granted accurately.
  • Interprets and identifies the customers' needs and responds appropriately.
  • Contributes to documenting standard operating procedures in a cohesive and clear fashion.
  • Executes identity and access requests from the organization, IT, and business areas by adding/removing eDirectory and Azure Active Directory user groups.
  • Execute PowerShell or other automation tasks to provision or deprovision access to SGI's IT infrastructure (such as access to specific databases).
  • Manages requests and completes within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Executes regular IT access reviews and works with management to ensure accuracy of employee access.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS- Knowledge of systems security and related practices and procedures.- Knowledge of the methods, products, technology, and techniques relating to user account management.- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory group management and other user account management tools.


EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS- Certificate from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study, such as Information Technology, Mathematics & Applied Sciences, or defined equivalency.

EXPERIENCE years' relevant experience.


Pay Range:
$44, $52,872.00
