Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager with a technical background in software development who can lead our projects in order to deliver on time.

The Project Manager will be acting as a liaison between various teams to coordinate project work, and ensure scope is well defined and resources available to initiate a new project.


In This Role, You Will*- Implement project management tools, methods, and best practices to plan and manage projects in a way that aligns with the expectations of stakeholders and meets business needs.


  • Work with crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Interfaces crossfunctionally within engineering with software developers, testers, documentation experts, product management and others to drive the project.
  • Interfaces with crossdepartment stakeholders including Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement, and Sales Operations.
  • Plan, organize and lead our PubSub+ Event Broker upgrades and new deployments between customers, Production Engineering, and Development Teams
  • Work with Product Managers, Marketing Managers and Enablement teams to coordinate GTM/NPI activities
  • Measure and monitor progress of projects and features to ensure on time delivery
  • Manage and resolve issues that affect project scope, schedule and quality
  • Develop project plans and work with various managers and team leads to plan and secure resources
  • Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Create status reports of the project to the senior members of the organization
  • Facilitate meetings with project teams and stakeholders

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
  • Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues
  • Solid skills at managing project scope creep and change management
  • Comfortable in leading and facilitating large meetings
  • Strong analytical abilities in order to analyze the effectiveness of software releases process and make or suggest improvements
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage interruptions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out:


  • PMP / Scrum Master certifications
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana and Calendly
  • Experience with Linux environments and scripting languages (Perl, Python, Bash)
  • Familiar with AWS, Azure, and GCP marketplace management and listing new products
