Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and set strategic goals to drive the company's growth and success in the construction industry.

Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to industry standards.

Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of 30 professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.

Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.

Financial Management: Ensure the financial health of the organization, managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

Compliance and Risk Management: Stay abreast of industry regulations, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and standards.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a managerial capacity within the Ontario construction industry.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with a track record of achieving organizational goals.

Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies for sustainable growth.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation:
