Key Responsibilities:

Report to the Chief Executive Officer
Oversee and lead the development and implementation of BGCHH fundraising strategy
Create, develop and deliver a fundraising program that includes major gifts, annual funds, corporate sponsorships,

- public and private grants, events and annual and planned giving

Supervise the Fundraising & Communications Coordinator
Direct the daily activities of the fundraising team
Set priorities, goals and budgets
Research and identify potential donors
Create and deliver a phased, multiyear strategy for an individual giving program through direct mail, online

- donations, monthly giving, third-party, and individual major gifts

Provide strategic and operational direction to fundraising planning, identification of potential sources for external

- funding (e.g. government, foundations, corporations)

Lead donation campaigns throughout the year
Develop and implement a corporate giving program and Stewardship/Fundraising plan
Develop and implement a donor recognition and cultivation program
Manage and foster a relationship with donors, and implement a process with key donors
A commitment to the Clubs mission, Vision and Core Values
Excitement about building sustainable funding for our Club and creating a multiyear, fundraising strategy, for our

- organization

Five or more years of experience in executive leadership roles and fundraising experience
Excellent leadership skills with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
An understanding of advanced fund development, planning and regulatory issues
Postsecondary education in areas such as Social Sciences, Business Administration, Public Administration, or

- related field

At least three years of progressively responsible management and leadership experience in a notforprofit

- organization

Strong marketing and public relations experience with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders, including

- government agencies

Financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource development
Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent

- interpersonal and collaboration skills
