Cabinet Maker - Assembly.

The primary tasks of the Cabinet Assembler:

  • Assemble store fixtures and displays according to detailed drawings and specifications.
  • Operate power tools, hand tools, and pneumatic tools (drill, nailer, etc.)
  • Employ a case clamp to assemble kitchen cabinets with precision and accuracy.
  • Install and fit hardware, including doors, drawers, cabinet pulls, pullouts, brackets and more, to ensure a seamless finished product.
  • Assist experienced cabinet makers on complicated builds to gain experience and learn new skills.
  • Sweep, clean, and tidy the shop on a daily basis to ensure a world class manufacturing environment.
  • Assist in the smooth operations of a busy commercial/residential wood shop. The Assemblers may assist in all departments as additional help is needed to meet customer requirements.
  • Pack and load cabinets on skids upon completion of assembly, ensuring safe and secure transport.
  • Assist with laminating and painting cabinets as required, while adhering to all Health and Safety Procedures.

Salary:
From $21.00 per hour
