We're looking for you to join our team as a
Commercial Client Support Coordinator in
Drummondville or Sherbrooke, QC

As the Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service alongside our financing team by addressing basic inquiries, preparing client proposals, relevant documents, and managing signatures and client follow-ups.

You'll also be handling administrative duties and provide support to your team by visiting business centers for mail processing, office supply orders, office inspections, and check deposits.

Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to offer creative solutions to basic client questions, escalating complex cases, and ensuring prompt, accurate, and professional responses.

You'll play a pivotal part in cultivating our portfolio, identifying funding prospects, and nurturing innovative solutions. More of your duties include actively supporting marketing initiatives and on-site logistics.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
  • Strong oral/written communication skills
  • Postsecondary degree, diploma, or certification in a relevant field
  • Strong client service skills and ability to identify areas of improvement and suggest creative solutions tailored to your clients needs
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Eager to work within a team
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Bilingual in both French and English
