***: The Financial Analyst II is responsible for performing finance-related duties on a professional level and working closely with senior financial management.

This position consists of various responsibilities in the following areas:
performing financial analysis, management reporting, forecasting, asset management, reporting, and modeling. This position reports to the Director of Finance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Financial Analyst II is accountable for the following functions and responsibilities:

Analyze financial and business operational data, prepare financial reports and projections, including departmental and service line financials
Identify, maintain and evaluate key performance indicators to drive business strategy
Create and update financial models
Collaborate with team leads on ad hoc analyses for business investment cases and GTM operations
Assist with monthly/quarterly accounting close processes
Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Bachelor or Diploma degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or other related field of study
3+ years of experience in finance, corporate finance, or other related fields
Experience building and maintaining financial models
Strong understanding of corporate accounting and financial analysis
Understanding of intercompany and foreign currency translations
Desire to work in a fastpaced, rapidly changing environment
Strong analytical skills, and logical thinking; ability to interpret and communicate numbers to executives
Strong software and system skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, QuickBooks, etc.)
Proactive, selfstarter with a passion for problemsolving
Organized, and high attention to detail
Proficiency in written and verbal English language to succeed in a remote work environment
Flexibility to adjust to work routines/schedules, as required, to meet the needs of the company and expectations of customers
