- Creative Production
Assist in the creation, updating, and production of print collateral, advertisements, handouts, and brochures.
Adhere to established marketing processes and procedures while executing marketing tasks.
Collaborate in the development of marketing assets and creative pieces aligned with Bath Fitter's marketing objectives.
Prepare and submit design drafts for approval.
Participate in creative meetings and contribute ideas.
Learn to provide support to the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects.
Seek assistance when needed, take thorough notes, and learn the process.
Suggest new approaches or methods to the existing team. Collaboration is a vital aspect of our team dynamic.
Brand Compliance
Understand and adhere to established brand positioning and visual style guidelines.
Ensure that every project maintains brand consistency.
Learn and implement file management and file naming protocols established by the organization.
Proofread diligently to produce accurate, on-brand, and high-quality work. Job Requirements - Pursuing studies in graphic design with minimum of 1 year of schooling in graphic design.
Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
Solid understanding of design principles.
Enthusiastic about learning and willing to propose new approaches if needed.
Comfortable on a Mac platform.
Proficiency in the use of Adobe Cloud; Photoshop, Illustrator andamp; InDesign, and Microsoft Office. Demonstrated Skills - Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Creative, conscientious, methodical and organized.
Positive team player, self-manage multiple projects from start to finish in a timely manner, and ability to work collaboratively.
Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
Capable of working well both independently as well as part of a team. -
