What we're looking for:


We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director of Marketing with a strong background in developing strategic marketing plans in a multi-product environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and ultimately contribute to the growth and success of our healthcare wholesale business.

What you will do:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies: Create and execute marketing plans that align with the organization's overall objectives, considering the unique characteristics of the healthcare industry.
  • Brand management: Build and maintain a strong brand image for our hearing products (Widex, Signia, Rexton), ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Develop brand guidelines and ensure they are adhered to by internal and external stakeholders.
  • Customer acquisition and retention: Identify target customer segments, develop strategies to attract them to our retail outlets, and implement initiatives to retain existing customers. Leverage market research and customer insights to drive customerfocused marketing campaigns and promotions in both a B2B and B2C capacity
  • Advertising and promotion: Plan and coordinate advertising and promotional activities, both online and offline, to increase brand visibility and drive business to our wholesale products. Collaborate with advertising agencies and media partners to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Budget management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve desired outcomes. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize spending and improve return on investment (ROI).
  • Team leadership and collaboration: Lead a marketing team, providing guidance, mentoring, and professional development opportunities. Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams within Canada and our Global partners including sales, operations, and product management, to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

Market research and competitive analysis:
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and recommend innovative approaches to stay ahead in the competitive hearing industry landscape.


What we are looking for:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on supporting multiple products in parallel and preferably within the hearing industry. Experience in a global organization and agency settings is highly desirable.
  • Strategic mindset: Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive results. Experience in analyzing market trends and consumer insights to inform decisionmaking.
  • Leadership skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and developing marketing teams. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Retail industry knowledge: Solid understanding of the retail landscape, including consumer behavior, merchandising, and customer experience. Healthcare industry knowledge and familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance are advantageous.
  • Creative thinking: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns and promotions. A proactive and solutionsoriented approach to problemsolving.
